The difference between zero-crossing SSR and random SSR
When an effective control signal is applied to the input
end, the output end of the random SSR is immediately switched on (the speed is
microsecond), while the zero-crossing SSR is switched on only when the load
voltage crosses the zero region (about ±15V). When the control signal is
withdrawn at the input end, both the zero-crossing type and random type SSR are
turned off when the current is less than the maintenance current.
The reaction speed of the SSR is fast, the phase-shift
trigger pulse can be controlled, and the voltage of the AC network can be
easily changed, so that it can be applied to the precise temperature
adjustment, dimming and other resistive loads and some inductive loads.
The zero-crossing SSR causes a maximum delay of half a
cycle, but it reduces the impact on the load and generates RF interference.
Therefore, it is most widely used in the "single-pole single-throw"
switch.

Notes :
1. The load current is 10A, must be equipped with radiator. The load current is 40A or higher, fan or water cooling must be configured.
2. The load is inductive load, it is necessary to parallel a varistor at the output end, its value is 1.6-1.9 times the load voltage.
